Album Info:Annual gathering of railfans to fellowship and chase the KCS in and around Heavener, OK to Rich Mountain, AR. This weekend outing has been going on for several years, and somewhere along the way the name "Frozen Weed Special" came about because all vegetation and critters are dead and/or dormant (for the most part).
