Description:  JOLIET = Joliet Iron and Steel Co. Joliet Illinois. Later became part of Illinois Steel in 1889 and U.S. Steel in 1901. This rail has branded both 1886/7 with different month dates. It appears that rail complete 86 is in April or if 87 Feb. This rail is assumed to be 60lbs as adjacent rails were marked such.
