The telegraph lines are gone and the signal's electrical equipment was flooded in 2011 and the bridge was replaced by signal masts. Also the PC era Amsterdam station sign was replaced 3 months later with a modern Amtrak sign.

Description:  Amsterdam station. Today it looks much different with a change in signage for one. The PC era Amsterdam sign and the Amtrak sign at the station windows were replaced in 2006. There is also a handicapp ramp on the platform door.

Description:  A clear signal set for #64 here on track 1 while an open track exists on track 2. These signals are the approach for CP-175. These signals were replaced in late, 2011 after the Hurricane Irene flood with Safetran ground masts. The Guy Park detector is just beyond the signals.
