Description:	I took this on an official guided tour of Selkirk railroad yard, and because if its rarity this photo has been very popular wherever I've posted it. I took it from the tower, which is part of the reason why. We also get a good look at some classic Dash 8s from above, back when the Dash 8 was the last word in mainline freight motive power in North America. The date is regrettably a guess, as I don't have my records with me.
