VTR 801 |
Description: |
VTR 801 passing the depot at Arlington. I've handled the products of the Mack Molding ]o. many times as they make plastic boxes, crates, and containers. Pratt & Whitney Aircraft was a big customer of theirs, where I worked, using the crates, similmr to milk crates, to store jet engine parts during the fabrication process. |

And there is the problem. The northern abutment of the bridge has been scoured and a good chunk of the back fill has been washed away. The river moved its channel a good 20 feet just to the east of the bridge, and widened a similar amount west as well. |
