Engineer on the empty said his computer showed the engine would not load, so the engineer and conductor of the empty checked it out as a favor, they are shown here trying to get the engine started as it was dead. No luck and Ft Worth Mechanical said to drag it to Denver this way. The load was tied down waiting for a van, so handbrakes were set! |
