With a tender full of coal and a full head of steam, this Canadian Pacific 4-6-0 ten wheeler is ready to roll out. Built by the CP Angus Shops in 12/1910 as CP 2687, it was renumbered in 1913-14 to 887. The loco met its fate at the hands of a scrapper's torch in August of 1958 after nearly 48 years of service. The last stop before going into Maine is Mc Adam NB, a large stone station that befit its importance in the region.
