Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3424, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8SB during October of 1912, rebuilt as an H-9S in April of 1923, and retired in December of 1948 after 36 years of faithful service.
