Description:  NB CSX Q446 leaving Coastal for the Portsmouth Sub which the junction for the Sub is about 5 miles north of this loacation while the Dispatcher holds U324 a unit coal train north of the Junction because there is no more room at Coastal for any more trains at this time. As you can see the rear of the three Woodchip cars of the F730 which has to spot the three Woodchip cars at the loader to right of the 7508 which can not cross the main until this cluster **** is sorted out!!

Description:  Next up is NB CSX Q406 which has been sitting behind F774 The Rocky Mount to Boykins Turn which needs to get on to the Portsmoth Sub, but the Dispatcher has run him through the crossovers at S. Weldon to run around F774 while he waits for Q446 to clear some blocks on the DTC controled Portsmouth Sub. You can barely make out F774's lead unit between the last car of F730 and the Q406 consist. While F730 still patiently waits its turn.
