As if stalling in Liverpool earlier in the day was'nt bad enough, now the train somehow decoupled and they're now stopped again just north of NYS route 264 in Phoenix, NY. At least there was'nt any road crossings blocked. This would take about another hour to rectify. Tail end car info provided. |
