Title:  SAR Class CA-6 (Side A)
Description:  Class CA-6 (CAJ-6, CALJ-6) wagons entered service between 1968 and 1973 and were converted from Class BA-1 wagons at some time after 1991. They are later versions of the Class CA-1 wagon, but with all but two of the side braces now made of channel iron instead of T iron. Like the Class CA-1 to CA-5 wagons, they have two V shaped brake system brackets on each side.

Number range 61 100 005 to 61 124 206 and up, Length between couplers 14.754m, Length over headstocks 13.870m, Length between bogie pivot centres 10.058m, Height 2.635m, Width 2.626m, Tare (average) 21,460kg, Load 52,000kg (coal) or 52,000kg (maximum), Floor area 33.5m2, Capacity 52.7m3.
