Class CC-3 (CCL-3, CCR-3, CGL-3, CGR-3, CCRD-3) wagons entered service between 1978 and 1982. They are open wagons designed to transport coal. One end, indicated by the arrow, is fitted with a rotary coupler. Type 1 wagons have a side ladder next to the brake wheel.
