Class CC-3 (CCL-3, CCR-3, CGL-3, CGR-3, CCRD-3) wagons entered service between 1978 and 1982. They are open wagons designed to transport coal. One end, indicated by the arrow, is fitted with a rotary coupler. Type 1 wagons have a side ladder next to the brake wheel. This one is still attached to the never-let-go coupler of it's last trainmate, which was pulled out of its socket due to a broken link pin.Number range 63 026 538 to 63 043 009, Length between couplers 12.070m, Length over pusher pads 11.094m, Length between bogie pivot centres 8.184m, Height 3.217m, Width 3.000m, Tare (average) 21,200kg, Load 58,000kg (coal) or 58,000kg (maximum), Capacity 67.65m3. |
