Description:  My only shot of CR 7868, the Philadelphia Division locomotive. Its trailing unit in a consist of ML-403 at Ridgefield Park, NJ 12/1998. Sadly it was looking pretty seedy at this point and obviously has sent alot of time on the Chemical Coast due to all the rust. In six months, it wouldnt matter. Conrail will be split up and the 7868 will go on to its new owner, NS and eventually rebuilt into GP38-2 5642.
