Title:  CB&Q 2-6-0 Class H-2 1303
Description:  Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad 2-6-0 Class H-2 1303 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, sometime in 1898, photo by Pittsbwrgh Locomotive and Car Works, Chuck Zeiler collection. Built sometime during 1898 (c/n 1819), this was one of 14 class H-2 2-6-0's built by the Pittsburgh Works (which became part of Alco in 1;01) and delivered to the CB&Q. This particular locomotive was renumbered to 1180 during the 1904 system renumbering. It was retired in July 1929.

CN 4-8-4 #6119 - Canadian National
Title:  CN 4-8-4 #6119 - Canadian National
Description:  Built by the Canadian Locomotive Works in October of 1927, this 4-8-4 Confederation (CN's label for the Northern type), was a member of the U-2-a class and had serial #1819. The loco is listed here on RRPA as a 4-8-2 since there wasn't an option for the 4-8-4 wheel configuration. S. K. Bolton Jr took this photo in the Saint-Peirre neighborhood of Montreal. Specs - serial #1819, U-2-a class, 73" drivers, impressive 250 psi boiler pressure, 25.5x30" cylinders, engine weight of 396,390 lb, tractive eifort of 56,786. The loco was scrapped in March of 1960.

Description:  With a head of steam and a full load of coal, Canadian Nationa 4-8-4 #5119 is ready to roll out on its next assignment. This was one of 200 lclass U-2a/b ocos that were built for CN. Canadian National preferred the name "Confederation" instead of "Northern" for the 4-8-4 wheel configuration. No photographer or exact date in 1956 was given for the photo.
