Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #230, an E-6S (4-4-2) "American" built in Juniata during August of 1914 and retired in May of 1952 after 38 years of faithful service. Title:  WAB 2-6-0 #576 - Wabash RR
Description:  Good looking 2-6-0 Mogul built by the Richmond Locomotive Works in 1899 as Wabash #756, renumbered later to #576. Specs - serial #2857, F4 class, 63" drivers, 185 psi boiler pressure, 19x28" cylinders, engine weight of 123,525 lb, tractive effort of 25,230 lb. The loco was scrapped in June of 1955. No location, date or photographer was listed for the photo.
