Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6477, a J-1A (2-10-4) "Texas" built in Juniata during March of 1943 and retired in September of 1957 after just 14 years of revenue service. Note the roundhouse in the right background. This photo comes from a slide set that's produced and distributed by FJC Products of Newport, Delaware. |
