Description:  This engine was reportedly in an accident with a tractor-trailer, according to the PittsburghChannel.com (WTAE). Their article was posted November 25. According to the article, a truck carrying a forklift was stuck on the tracks and the train was unable to avoid him. The accident was in Fredericktown, PA on Old Route 88. Hazmat was called, as apparently the fuel tank has a leak. No injuries were reported. Seen in the Norfolk Southern West Brownsville Yard. In the background is NS 5147 and Conrail 5328. Thanks to the Norfolk Southern maintenance crew for allowing me to take photos. This engine has now been painted black.

I was on a quest to photograph this one ever since a year ago when it was in this yard but it was too far back for me to get a proper portrait of it. Photographed with permission.
