Description:  Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Atlantic City, New Jersey, on 18 June 1916. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6002, an E-2 (4-4-2) "Atlantic" built in Juniata as West Jersey & Seashore Railroad number "2" during 1902, renumbered PRR "6002" in 1903, and retired in January of 1924 after 22 years of faithful service. Note that it doesn't have a Belpaire firebox. Gary Mittner Collection.
