The one and only M640 on the St. Luc deadline. Retired in the early 90s as a result of a connecting rod being thrown through the one-of-a-kind 18-cyl 251F block. Replacement with a 16-251 was allegedly considered but deemed impractical. Luckily, today she is cosmetically restored and a focal point in the main exhibit hall of the Canadian Railway Museum. |
