| The Tri State caboose train with M&E 21 for power arrives in Dover for a day of excursions on the former CNJ Dover & Rockaway branch. The equipment was brought here from Morristown by M&E 18 due to 21's lack of cab signals. The C424 was left at Wharton Junction and will be used later for the journey back to Morristown. |
