The West Slope of Washington Hill, being much shorter and more isolated than the east slope, is often neglected in favor of the more diverse angles farther east. However its 1.5% grades still give eastbounds a run for their money, as a late-running Q140 is down on its knees at Old Dalton Road, QB 142.8. |
