The line was built in 1909 by Great Northern Railway of Canada before it was acquired by the Canadian Northern (later CN). It is now used by the Quebec & Gatineau Railway. It is the only remnant of the western part of the line that went from St-Andre-d'Argenteuil to Shawinigan, through St-Jerome and Joliette. |
