SAR Class CC-1 (Side B) (Type 2)         
Class CC-1 (CCL-1, CCR-1, CGR-1, CCRD-1, CC-4) wagons entered service between 1975 and 1977. They are open wagons designed to transport coal. One end, indicated by the arrow, is fitted with a rotary coupler. On type 2 wagons the side ladder next to the brake wheel was replaced with a shunter's handhold. This one wears the Transnet Freight Rail emblem.

Number range 63 010 011 to 63 026 511, Length between couplers 12.070m, Length over pusher pads 11.094m, Length between bogie pivot centres 8.184m, Height 3.217m, Width 3.000m, Tare (average) 20,820kg, Load 58,000kg (coal) or 58,000kg (maximum), Capacity 67.5m3.
