This ALCo is in as sorry a state as the ex-NdeM GP38-2s were when they came to WSOR. The story goes that it was supposed to be power for an industrial switching railroad on the former Tower/AO Smith site in Milwaukee, which never really got off the drawing board due to property disputes. |
