Although the Mexican Passenger Car book lists this car as being rebuilt from a coach I believe it is an ex-N&W dining car. Compare this shot to the one at the following link and you will see how close the two cars window pattern is... http://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=90639.
