The coaling towers in Brattleboro and St. Albans were essentially the same. I followed a detailed multi-part article in Model Railroader to build an accurate model nearly 60 years ago. It was good to actually see the prototype in action coaling 2-8-0 464 which powered the fan trip I rode from Boston. |
