According to "Northern Indiana Railway" by G. Bradley, this car was built by the Saint Louis Car Company in 1903 as NIR 51, renumbered to 151. The text indicates that the renumbering took place during 1922 when the cars were rebuilt into one-man cars. Location is the Northern Indiana Railway yard but actual date unknown, circa 1930's.
