With a wooden ladder propped up against the locomotive, it doesn't appear that it will be taking off soon. This 1919 "Pacific" type K-5 class loco had 79" drivers and produced 200 psi boiler pressure. The class was retired between 1950-52. No date or location were given for this photo so arbitrary ones were set. |
