Built by the Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin) in 1903, this slightly newer Atlantic-type class E-3 locomotive had a larger grate & slightly larger psi than the earlier E-2 version. It was rebuilt sometime between 1927-36 by the Erie shops. Harold K. Vollrath photo |
