EJ&E 663 and former WC Jordan spreader CN 68530 pause on former C&NW rails under the west end of the U.S. 10/Wis. 441 Roland Kampo Bridge at Stroebe, WI on 28 Jan. '14. It appears to be a Type J, 4-100 Jordan spreader, I believe it may be the former WC 315.
