| I'm guessing right after the steam era. Frisco home built a few "brake Sleds" from old steam tenders. They were only used at The Cherokee Hump Yard. Because they needed more holding power, than pushing power. This one was tucked behind a building off of Tecumseh St. Just east of Lweis for at least 30 years. |
