Usually 270 ran mid to late morning. Todays effort is behind, getting through Endicott in the late afternoon. It was worth the wait, thats an interesting power set. Today's train has 60 freight and 11 TOFC tacked on behind. Check out the Shawmut hoppers behind the power. They were a fairly common sight on the Tier in those days. |
