After running on the PA side since Narrowsburg, a necessity due to the lack of places to site a right of way on the NY side for the Erie at the time it was built, NTV 4 crosses the well know Mill Rift bridge across the Delaware, landing it back in NY at Sparrow Bush. It will shortly be in Port Jervis. |
