One of the things that the DLW was noted for, and in some places, the Erie as well, was concrete structures. Here we see and XCL empty coal train sitting on the Jarvis St overpass on Binghamtons west side, a couple of spanking new Quality C 40s in the lead over a 60 year old bridge. |
