Mostly-the trailing unit is an SD 40-2. Conrail was not shy about running four axle power on big trains, though here on the ex NYC it was a common thing for a long time. Still, its quite a contrast to todays world of six axle power on everything. This 115 car DNDA was eastbound at Dewitt. |
