One of the constants in the Southern Tier was the rain-there were 160 cloudy day a year there, and it rained many of them. The result was a lot of puddles. NYSW 3638 is reflected in one of them at the north end of East Binghamton as it waits to go to the Port of Albany with a BUAB. |
