The location and photographer are unknown. I place the scene about 1910 but the could be a decade or so. On the left is a 2nd span setting on a middle pier. Prep must be underway to continue with another span. Those two dericks don’t look like they have the giddyap to handle a job that heavy though... I guess there‘s nothing on TV, or the internet was down as it looks like ½ the town is out to watch the doings.... Rail fanning was different then... /DL |
