| There is quite the crowd at the East Binghamton fuel pad today. NYSW and/D&H units bracket a new arrival, a GP39-2 rebuilt at M-K Mountaintop. This was a program undertaken by NYSW to update several units and repaint them into the D&H lighning |tripe scheme. Two other 39s were done, 7403 and 7407, as well as several GP38-2s. The power at left will go out shortly on PYRP. |
