MON F3A #84B - Monon RR  Contributor's Pick!       
Caught by an unknown photographer while idling, this EMD F3A unit built in May of 1947 apparently has a steam generator unit from the steam to the side. Although not identified, this appears to be Chicago. Can anyone identify the location?
