Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6791, an M-1A (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Lima Locomotive Works during 1930 and retired in January of 1953. It is departing Enola Yard with a long string of empty hoppers heading toward Altoona and points West. The date is an approximation. Roy Healey Collection; #9 of 12. |
