Young. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Andrew D. Young that was taken in Columbus, Ohio, in the Summer of 1955. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #6478 and #6468. Both are 2-10-4 "Texas" locomotives built in Juniata. Engine #6478 is a J-1A constructed during March of 1943 and retired in April of 1958, while #6468 is a J-1 built in February of 1943 in April of 1958.
