| A CN local approaches Appleton St. as it works in the former SOO yard at Menasha, WI on 12 Sep. '18. I believe the local was returning from Hilbert and points beyond. It had an inordinate number of tank cars today. Could there be a new customer along the line? Intertape Polymer Group (IPG), 741 4th St., is partially visible in the background at right. |
