NYSW 2400 - New York, Susquehanna & Western         
Built by EMD in July of 1954 as CBQ #9991, the loco moved on to the BN as their #9991 before reaching the NYSW. Unknown photographer. The location was not given but Ted Krug was able to identify the location (see comment below).
