Beautiful looking but powerful 4-8-4 Confederation type 4-8-4 built by Montreal Locomotive Works in April of 1940, serial #69267, U-2-e class. The locomotive was photographed as it sat at the Turcot yard in Montreal, Quebec, Canada by H. L. Goldsmith. The loco served until being scrapped in March of 1960. |
