| Nice color photo by an unknown photographer of Detroit & Mackinac Alco C420 #976 as it sat in a Detroit yard. Built by Alco in February of 1964 as Long Island #208, it drifted to the Detroit & Mackinac roster for a while before moving on to the Lake State Rwy as their #976. The last photo posted on RRPA of this unit was in 2008. Does anyone know of its disposition since? BTW, the date of this photo is approximate. |
