Coming downhill into Connellsville past the CAP's Saw Mill with a heavy train of loaded tank cars and a lumber buffer car. W&LE 701 was former W&LE 305 GP40-2 and was recently rebuilt / repainted to a GP40-3. This same lineup would show up again two days later.
