| Conrail 6830 is on OIBU at Garfield, NJ 3/1997. The track closest to me was the New York and Greenwood Lake RR. As far as I can remember, the only customer the NYGL had at the time was Atlantic Coast Fibers. The trash transfer was a few years into the future. |
