They go through the woods, over Hastings crossing which is the site of Palmer's deadlisest rail tragedy, through more woods, over an overpass, and finally end just before East St. in Bondsville. This was the portion of the B&M Wheelwright Branch that went through Belchertown, Amherst, and ended in Northampton. That portion is now the Norwottuck Rail Trail. |
