Lorenz. Here is a photo via Bob Lorenz that was taken in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in 1953. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5842 and a "B" unit whose number is not recorded. Both are EP-20's built by GM-EMD and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. #5842 was constructed in August of 1947. (Gift from Brad Mann.) |
