The conductor is talking to the engineer by radio. CCBX 59802 will also be pushed onto the Valley Interchange Track. Old CNJ Station and platform visible. CCBX = Central City & Blackhawk RR (Union Carbide). The signal visble above the hoppers are for tracks 1 and 2 east of NJ Transits Raritan Valley line
